Kompass

An outreach engine. Each week it suggests who to contact next, matched to your written goals, with a source and a reason for every name. The public demo runs the same software on invented sample data.

Kompass weekly brief on sample data: suggested contacts with sources and reasons

The work

Who to talk to next,
and why.

Kompass turns outreach from a list you drown in into a brief you can act on. You write down what you are trying to achieve; each week the engine suggests a handful of people worth contacting now, each with where the suggestion came from, why this week, and a drafted first message ready to make your own.

The discipline is designed in. Goals are written, not implied, and the tool pushes back if you change direction every week, because outreach only compounds when it points the same way for a while. Suggestions without a source do not exist, and every name carries its reason on its face.

The demo below is the product running on an invented team and invented contacts. Nothing in it is a real person, company or conversation. If your business depends on the right conversations happening every week, this is what that looks like as software.

The weekly brief

A short list of who to contact this week, not a database to maintain.

Sourced suggestions

Every name arrives with where it came from and why it matters now.

Written goals

You state what you are working towards; the suggestions follow it, and the tool holds you to it.

Drafted openers

Each suggestion includes a first message to edit and send, not a blank page.
