A small workshop for people who run a business, work in one, want to start one, or just have something they want to get done. You learn to use Claude without knowing how to code. Along the way you build a website from scratch, and you finish one real task from your own week.

The website is only the exercise. What you learn, you use for everything else, at work and at home.

Download the guide (PDF)Norsk versjon (PDF)I'm John Håkon Johannessen. I run Biboja, a menswear business with a showroom in Oslo, and Johannessen Creative in Lillehammer. I have the same worries as you: money, time and customers.
For a long time Biboja ran on one big spreadsheet. Every sale was typed in by hand, and I spent hours every week getting it to add up.
Then I asked Claude for something better. It asked questions first, and anything I had to say twice, I wrote down in a file of rules. Today I run Biboja from a finance system I built myself. It pulls the numbers straight from Fiken, our accounting software, and shows the budget, the margin, which garments sell and which customers come back.
I'm not a developer. Five years ago I couldn't have built any of this. I've just learned how to work with the tool, and that's what you learn at the workshop.
I'm British and Norwegian. I've lived in England, China, France and Spain, and now Norway. I've sold to companies across Europe and Asia and started a company in London and Oslo.
In July 2026 I was a guest on Real Vision, the finance media company, talking about the investment tool I built for my own finances.

You need Claude Pro or Claude Max, and the Claude app installed on your laptop.
- The checklist shows you how.
- Without it, you can't build anything on the day.
- You can cancel the subscription afterwards.
- You choose whether your conversations may be used to improve Claude. The checklist shows where.
- We use business documents only, never personal details about your customers.
