Mariehuset

The work

A place worth
finding.

Kjetil Borch is a two-time Olympic medalist, silver in Tokyo and bronze in Rio, and a two-time World Champion in rowing. Alice Mayne is a former French national team rower, PT, and pilates fusion instructor. Together they bought a restored farmhouse on Helligvær with a clear goal: to open it up to the world.

They're deep in the work of it. The operations, getting the place ready, making it what they imagined. Our job is to send the message out. To find the people who would love it before they even know it exists.

We built the website so people could picture themselves there before they book. We built a custom booking platform, completely tailored to how they operate and what their guests need. For a young business, building it ourselves kept costs down too. We developed an SEO strategy targeting travellers looking for remote experiences in northern Norway. And we worked with Kjetil and Alice on positioning, pricing, and shaping the guest experience.

Website

Built to communicate the atmosphere of the island before anything else. Fast, clean, easy to navigate on any device.

Booking platform

Built around how they actually operate. No third-party SaaS, no ongoing fees.

SEO

Organic search strategy targeting travellers looking for remote, off-grid experiences in northern Norway.

Strategy

Positioning, pricing, and shaping the guest experience. Built around what makes Helligvær genuinely worth the trip.

See the
northern lights.
